U-GENERATION

“U-GENERATION" is a new vocal ensemble in the Washington DC area directed by Alina Stovbun. 

The women’s chorus started singing  just for fun after work at Saturday Ukrainian school classes. 

Most of the participants don't have any formal musical education or choral singing experience, but are very talented and have a great desire to sing and perform. 

They debuted with the most famous worldwide and beloved Ukrainian song “Carol of the Bells" at the Embassy of Ukraine’s Ukraine House in 2022. 

Since then, they’ve performed in more than 20 concerts and were thrilled to provide background vocals for Jack de Keyzer and Wally Palmar’s live performance of  “No War” in Washington DC

The mission of the ensemble "U-GENERATION” 

is to perform new Ukrainian music, spread Ukrainian culture and art and unite creative people in singing together for the future of Ukraine!
